Chestnut Brown Lowlights

 

Chestnut Brown Lowlights involve incorporating darker strands of chestnut brown into a chestnut base hair color to add depth and dimension. The term "lowlights" refers to strands of hair that are dyed a shade or two darker than the base color, creating contrast and enhancing the overall richness of the hair.

Orders placed on or before June 16, 2024, will be shipped between June 17-19, 2024.

Orders placed after June 16, 2024, are available for pre-order only, will be restocked on July 31, 2024, and shipped between July 31 - August 2, 2024.

All Nnor Hair Products require a signature for shipment delivery.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Note that we have no control over shipment delays, so be sure to have your tracking number on hand. We are not responsible for possible delays by the shipping carriers network.

There will be a 8% restock fee if your product is returned to our distribution centre because you were not available to accept it OR you did not pick it up from your designated pick up location/access point.

Duties and Import Taxes:

For all orders, Nnor Hair does not include duties and import taxes in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and import taxes will be levied by the destination country. Nnor Hair is not responsible for duties and import taxes levied by any country. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.

Canada: All Nnor Hair products arrive import tax and duty FREE

US: All Nnor Hair products under $800 USD in total arrive import tax and duty FREE

All other countries: Please research and confirm your country’s estimated duties and import taxes for goods imported

Nnor Hair does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

Nnor Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method (that is, a different shipping carrier with the same estimated arrival time designated on your initial purchase). No additional shipping charges will be made.

If you order multiple items separately (therefore having a different order number for each) before our designated restock date, Nnor Hair reserves the right to ship all orders in the same shipping box, and therefore under the same tracking information, to quicken our processing procedures.

If the shipping and billing address are different, or if your order is flagged as a risk for fraud, Nnor Hair will ask the customer to provide additional information to confirm their identity. For example, a screenshot of the transaction details on their bank website.

Once an order is placed, our team works on it promptly. Due to our quick processing times, we can only make limited changes after the order is placed. Please review all details before placing your order.

You may cancel your order or pre-order and get a refund within 24 hours after making your purchase. A flat-rate restock fee of 8% will be charged. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We understand that it is difficult to pick your perfect color match through a computer screen. Only hair extensions that are unworn and in their original packaging will be accepted for exchange within 7 days after delivery.

Only US and Canada orders can be exchanged. International orders are not eligible.

No extensions may be changed (this means that they cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way) and all white hair ties and elastics must remain in place and uncut. Hair ties that are broken, disfigured, or missing from extensions—all of these will not be accepted for exchange. A flat-rate processing fee of 8% will be charged on all exchanges.

We will provide the shipping label for you to delivery it to you distribution centre, but the shipping charges and related taxes will not be covered. We will send you an invoice to pay the shipping costs (for both the delivery [of the product you want to exchange] to our distribution centre and the shipment of the new product to you), processing fee, as well as instructions for how to prepare your order for shipment.

Pre-orders are for items in the process of being made and not yet in stock. This applies to all products with a designated shipping date in the product description.

Products in stock (i.e., without a designated shipping date) will be shipped after 1-3 business days.

When you place an order, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item.

You may cancel your order or pre-order and get a refund of your payments within 24 hours after purchase. A flat-rate processing fee of 8% will be charged. All sales are final after 24 hours.

As soon as an order is submitted, order processing starts.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. This includes product adjustments, reimbursements, delivery options, mailing addresses, etc. You must cancel your order and place in the right information within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are always in full up front after manual approval. We take Shop Pay and the majority of popular credit cards. On this website, virtual and prepaid cards are not accepted. Your credit card will be charged after your online order is placed and your payment is manually approved.

Following the submission of an order, Nnor Hair retains the right to require further payment and shipping verification. Orders containing High Fraud will be automatically cancelled.

Online orders are not accessible for in-person pickup.
