All Nnor Hair products (including but not limited to single, ombre, and dimensional colors) are handcrafted. Therefore, each product may exhibit differences due to the manual production process. For example, there may be variations in color, dimension, and accuracy. Products in the same shade group may also exhibit differences in color and dimension. There may also be variation between the product(s) a customer receives and images on our website or social media pages due to the location and lighting of the places they are photographed or videographed.
Coloring your hair extensions (yourself or through a hairstylist) is always done at your/your stylists own risk. Coloring Nnor Hair extensions voids our return and exchange policy. Some brands of extensions take color well, while others do not. If you wish to color Nnor Hair extensions, always dye a test strand to ensure you are happy with the results before proceeding. The reason for this is that hair extensions created in our factories use different chemicals than you or your hairstylist may use.
The coloring, lifting/bleaching, or dyeing of Nnor Hair extensions affects the original texture of the starting material (raw, single-donor human hair extensions). Our products in medium and light brown or blonde shades have a coarse texture and a low-luster finish. We do not apply silkening products such as keratin or silicones to our hair extensions, and they are not acid-bathed (a process that destroys the cuticle after bleaching, making the hair thinner and smoother). As a result, caring for our extensions is just like to caring for bleached authentic human hair. By following our care instructions and using our recommended products, you will experience the premium quality and longevity we are committed to delivering.
We do not suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual on our raw single-donor unprocessed products. Always refer to a licensed professional for a permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases if not done correctly, all hair reacts differently to different products and regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, Nnor Hair is not liable or accountable for damage.
Nnor Hair extensions should always be installed by a licensed and/or extension-certified hairstylist. All self-installations or installations done by unlicensed/third-party person are done at your own risk. Nnor Hair is not responsible for your results and experience.
Please note, only products from Nnor Hair's list of aftercare products should be used on all Nnor Hair extensions. Be ready to take on this responsibility when opting for Nnor Hair extensions. By using an alternative brand, we are not responsible for the quality, lifetime, or response of your hair extensions to their products.

We have a very secure and smart payment system. If our system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, our system will place your order on hold and reach out to you to verify the details of your order for the safety of our company and for the credit card holder.
For example, if you are placing an order with a credit card that is issued in a different country than where you are placing the order from, our system will detect the difference in countries and your order will be flagged as a potential risk of fraud.
Our system will also place your order on hold if your shipping and billing information do not match. We understand that some customers have different shipping and billing information due to relocating, a desire to send a gift, or using the credit card of a family member or friend. However, a different billing and shipping address is more often used in fraudulent orders. As such, following the submission of an order, Nnor Hair retains the right to require further payment and/or shipping verification.
Orders containing High Fraud will be automatically cancelled.
To verify your details, please simply respond to the e-mail that was sent to you from our Support Team with the information we requested.
We are not able to accommodate any shipping adjustments after an order is placed. Please carefully review your shipping details at checkout, as well as our shipping times there to ensure you've planned your delivery accordingly.
If you want to change your shipping option, we must cancel your order. This cancellation will be subject to an 8% processing fee. All sales are final after 24 hours post-purchase and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Change Shipping Address
We do not modify any orders after payment. If you want to change your delivery option or mailing address, we must cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. This cancellation will be subject to an 8% restocking fee. All sales after 24 hours are final and cannot be cancelled, so please make sure that you provide the correct delivery and shipping address information.
If you input an address that does not exist or is missing an apartment number, please keep an eye on your tracking information as the delivery carrier will either return the package back to sender, or try and get in contact with you to verify the address. In the instance that your package is returned back to us, please email our team right away at support@nnorhair.com and we'll set you up with a new order.
An 8% processing fee will be charged on redirected orders to our distribution centre due to an incorrect address.
If you input an address that exists but is incorrect, you will be responsible for contacting your neighbours/the residents at the address provided to try and retrieve the package.
We are not responsible for misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect address provided to us.
Change Product
We do not accept order changes after payment. If you want to change your product, we must cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. This cancellation will be subject to an 8% restocking fee. All sales after 24 hours are final and cannot be cancelled, so please make sure that you take your time to decide the product you want.
Cancel Order
You may cancel your order or pre-order and get a refund at any time within 24 hours after purchase. A flat-rate restock fee of 8% will be charged. All sales are final after 24 hours.
