Nnor Hair products are available for order or pre-order, depending on the item.
Pre-orders are for items in the process of being made and not yet in stock. This applies to all products with a designated shipping date in the product description.
Products in stock (i.e., without a designated shipping date) will be shipped after 1-3 business days.
When you place an order, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item.
You may cancel your order or pre-order and get a refund of your payments within 24 hours after purchase. A flat-rate processing fee of 8% will be charged. All sales are final after 24 hours.
As soon as an in-stock order is submitted, order processing starts. In-stock orders are processed (prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier) within 1–3 business days after the purchase date. Our estimated shipping times do not include our processing time.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified by us. This includes product adjustments, reimbursements, delivery options, mailing addresses, etc.
You must cancel your order and place in the right information within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are always in full up front after manual approval. We take Shop Pay and the majority of popular credit cards. On this website, virtual and prepaid cards are not accepted. Your credit card will be charged after your online order is placed and your payment is manually approved.
Following the submission of an order, Nnor Hair retains the right to require further payment and shipping verification. Orders containing High Fraud will be automatically cancelled.
Online orders are not accessible for in-person pickup.
