FAQs

All Nnor Hair products are available for pre-order or order depending on the item.

The designated shipping date for pre-orders will always be available in each product description.

Products in stock ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.  

We only deliver to the US, UK, Canada, and a select number of other countries (Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, Japan, Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland and Spain). Subscribe to our newsletter to learn when we expand to international shipping!

All Nnor Hair Products require a signature for shipment delivery.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Note that we have no control over shipment delays, so be sure to have your tracking number on hand. We are not responsible for possible delays by the shipping carriers network.

There will be a 8% restock fee if your product is returned to our distribution centre because you were not available to accept it OR you did not pick it up from your designated pick up location/access point.

Duties and Import Taxes:

For all orders, Nnor Hair does not include duties and import taxes in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and import taxes will be levied by the destination country. Nnor Hair is not responsible for duties and import taxes levied by any country. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.

Canada: All Nnor Hair products arrive import tax and duty FREE

US: All Nnor Hair products under $800 USD in total arrive import tax and duty FREE

All other countries: Please research and confirm your country’s estimated duties and import taxes for goods imported

Nnor Hair does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

Nnor Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method (that is, a different shipping carrier with the same estimated arrival time designated on your initial purchase). No additional shipping charges will be made.

If you order multiple items separately (therefore having a different order number for each) before our designated restock date, Nnor Hair reserves the right to ship all orders in the same shipping box, and therefore under the same tracking information, to quicken our processing procedures.

If the shipping and billing address are different, or if your order is flagged as a risk for fraud, Nnor Hair will ask the customer to provide additional information to confirm their identity. For example, a screenshot of the transaction details on their bank website.

If you input an address that does not exist or is missing an apartment number, please keep an eye on your tracking information as the delivery carrier will either return the package back to sender, or try and get in contact with you to verify the address. In the instance that your package is returned back to us, please email our team right away at support@nnorhair.com and we'll set you up with a new order.

An 8% processing fee will be charged on redirected orders to our distribution centre due to the following reasons:

  • The shipping address does not exist
  • The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
  • The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/house/suite number)
  • The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package after at least one attempt.
  • The addressee has moved
  • The addressee has refused the package

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or shipping fees for rejected/return-to-sender orders. Once we receive your item back, a refund will be processed, excluding these fees and the 8% restocking fee. The initial shipping cost to ship your order is non-refundable.

If you input an address that exists but is incorrect, you will be responsible for contacting your neighbours/the residents at the address provided to try and retrieve the package.

Nnor Hair does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. We are also not responsible for misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect address provided to us.
