For example, if the product you pre-order ships on November 1, 2024, and you select a shipping option that takes 3-6 business days, your order will arrive by November 11, 2024 at latest (barring any shipping carrier delays).

It is possible to order both in stock items and pre-order items together. It is also possible to purchase products with different pre-order shipping dates. In such cases, the customers order will be shipped when we have ALL items with us.

Products in stock ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.  In stock products will always be signified in the product description, and will look like:

Business days are Monday - Friday and thus do NOT include weekends.

We only deliver to the US, UK, Canada, and a select number of other countries (Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, Japan, Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland and Spain).

All Nnor Hair Products require a signature for shipment delivery.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Note that we have no control over shipment delays, so be sure to have your tracking number on hand.

We are NOT responsible for possible delays by the shipping carriers network. We have NO control over weather, warehouse processing or ANY other delay through the shipping carriers network. The shipping times we offer at the checkout page are ESTIMATES and NOT guaranteed.

There will be a 8% restock fee if your product is returned to our distribution centre because you were not available to accept it OR you did not pick it up from your designated pick up location/access point. Additionally, the we are not responsible for the reshipping fee.

Duties and Import Taxes:

For all orders, Nnor Hair does not include duties and import taxes in shipping fees. Nnor Hair is also not responsible for duties and import taxes charged by any country. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and import taxes will be paid by you, the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Canada: All Nnor Hair orders arrive import tax and duty FREE

US: All Nnor Hair orders under $800 USD in TOTAL arrive import tax and duty FREE

All other countries: Please research and confirm your country’s estimated duties and import taxes for goods imported.

Nnor Hair does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

Nnor Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method (that is, a different shipping carrier with the same estimated arrival time designated on your initial purchase). No additional shipping charges will be made.

If you order multiple items separately (therefore having a different order number for each) before our designated restock date, Nnor Hair reserves the right to ship all orders in the same shipping box, and therefore under the same tracking information, to quicken our processing procedures.

If the shipping and billing address are different, or if your order is flagged as a risk for fraud, Nnor Hair will ask the customer to provide additional information to confirm their identity. For example, a screenshot of the transaction details on their bank website.

Once an order is placed, our team works on it promptly. Due to our quick processing times, we can only make limited changes after the order is placed. Please review all details before placing your order.

You may cancel your order or pre-order and get a refund within 24 hours after making your purchase. A flat-rate restock fee of 8% will be charged. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We understand that it is difficult to pick your perfect color match through a computer screen. Only hair extensions that are unworn and in their original packaging will be accepted for exchange within 7 days after delivery.

Only US and Canada orders can be exchanged. International orders are not eligible.

No extensions may be changed (this means that they cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way) and all white hair ties and elastics must remain in place and uncut. Hair ties that are broken, disfigured, or missing from extensions—all of these will not be accepted for exchange. A flat-rate processing fee of 8% will be charged on all exchanges.

We will provide the shipping label for you to delivery it to you distribution centre, but the shipping charges and related duties, brokerage fees, and taxes will not be covered. We will send you an invoice to pay the shipping costs (for both the delivery [of the product you want to exchange] to our distribution centre and the shipment of the new product to you), processing fee, as well as instructions for how to prepare your order for shipment.

When you place an order, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item.

As soon as an order is submitted, order processing starts.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. This includes product adjustments, reimbursements, delivery options, mailing addresses, etc. You must cancel your order and place in the right information within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are always in full up front after manual approval. We take Shop Pay and the majority of popular credit cards. On this website, virtual and prepaid cards are not accepted. Your credit card will be charged after your online order is placed and your payment is manually approved.

Following the submission of an order, Nnor Hair retains the right to require further payment and shipping verification. Orders containing High Fraud will be automatically cancelled.

Online orders are not accessible for in-person pickup.

All Nnor Hair products (including but not limited to single, ombre, and dimensional colors) are handcrafted. Therefore, each product may exhibit differences due to the manual production process. For example, there may be variations in color, dimension, and accuracy. Products in the same shade group may also exhibit differences in color and dimension. There may also be variation between the product(s) a customer receives and images on our website or social media pages due to the location and lighting of the places they are photographed or videographed.

Coloring your hair extensions (yourself or through a hairstylist) is always done at your/your stylists own risk. Coloring Nnor Hair extensions voids our return and exchange policy. Some brands of extensions take color well, while others do not. If you wish to color Nnor Hair extensions, always dye a test strand to ensure you are happy with the results before proceeding. The reason for this is that hair extensions created in our factories use different chemicals than you or your hairstylist may use.

The coloring, lifting/bleaching, or dyeing of Nnor Hair extensions affects the original texture of the starting material (raw, single-donor human hair extensions). Our products in medium and light brown or blonde shades have a coarse texture and a low-luster finish. We do not apply silkening products such as keratin or silicones to our hair extensions, and they are not acid-bathed (a process that destroys the cuticle after bleaching, making the hair thinner and smoother). As a result, caring for our extensions is just like to caring for bleached authentic human hair. By following our care instructions and using our recommended products, you will experience the premium quality and longevity we are committed to delivering.

We do not suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual on our raw single-donor unprocessed products. Always refer to a licensed professional for a permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases if not done correctly, all hair reacts differently to different products and regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, Nnor Hair is not liable or accountable for damage.

Nnor Hair extensions should always be installed by a licensed and/or extension-certified hairstylist. All self-installations or installations done by unlicensed/third-party person are done at your own risk. Nnor Hair is not responsible for your results and experience.

Please note, only products from Nnor Hair's list of aftercare products should be used on all Nnor Hair extensions. Be ready to take on this responsibility when opting for Nnor Hair extensions.
